The Real Cost of Delivering Bibles

A BIBLE FOR EVERY BELIEVER
Members of VOM’s Middle East team recently learned that a Bible smuggler was killed in Iran. We may think of the monetary cost of smuggling a Bible as “only” $10, but for the bold men and women who deliver precious copies of God’s Word, the cost can be much higher.

But Bible distributors are willing to risk everything — even their lives — to get God’s Word to those who need it.

We invite you to stand with them through the 400,000 Bible Challenge!

The first 100,000 Bibles toward this challenge goal have already been funded by a group of ministry friends. Now, they are challenging others, like you, to help provide an additional 300,000 Bibles to Christians in hostile areas and restricted nations.

Through your gift, you can help provide 400,000 copies of God’s Word, while joining in fellowship with our persecuted brothers and sisters in Christ.

Smuggling Bibles to Christians in the world’s most difficult and dangerous place to follow Christ is a core part of VOM’s ministry. VOM founder Richard Wurmbrand, who was imprisoned in Communist Romania for 14 years for his Christian witness, wrote, “If you are not willing to die for what is in the Bible, you should not give money for Bibles. Because if you give, we will smuggle more Bibles. And if we smuggle more Bibles, there will be more martyrs.”

Christians in hostile areas and restricted nations want Bibles — no matter the cost.

We invite you to help fulfill their request.
